Otto
I was out the other day and heard a kid of about 6 being called Otto. I was never a big fan of the name, but have never disliked it. I've never heard it in real life before though, and it was really nice to hear.

Not terrible but it makes me think of Otto von Bismark. I can't imagine it on a kid.
I don't like it. It just reminds me of the druggie from the Simpsons, and a character in my favourite book who was abandoned by his messed up dad. I'm not a fan of the sound and my associations don't help.
It doesn't excite me, and it kind of makes me think of toads, though I haven't he foggiest why. (This isn't a negative toad association... I rather like toads)
I would be pleased to hear it. It's a nice name and it's always good to hear something different.

I love Otto! It's adorable. Don't know if I'll have the guts to use it but would love to see it on someone else's kid.
It's okay. It's cute. I prefer Otis for some reason.
I don't like it. :( Just sounds like "auto" which is very boring. Especially since I work in insurance and hear the word constantly so it's the exact opposite of exciting to me.
I love Otto! How nice to hear it being used
