I would think it was incredibly awesome. Cleopatra is one of my favorite names.
Yeah, it's usable IRL. Cleopatra lends itself to a lot of reasonable nicknames, like Cleo, Clea, Cat, Patty, Patsy, and Pat. I'm actually surprised it's never become popular.
