Are you pronouncing the name as ARE-ee-elle or AIR-ee-elle? Personally I prefer Arielle for a girl because that is the strictly feminine form of the name and it will always be pronounced ARE-ee-elle. Ariel can also be used for a boy and is technically the masculine version of the name. As for combos, it depends what type of mn you are after. What about:
