I think it's an all right name. When I think of Wanda, I think of the Wanda on The Magic School Bus.

Wanda just sounds ugly to me.

I love it! I recently discovered and watched Wanda, a pioneering indie film featuring Barbara Loden (wife of Elia Kazan) as writer, director, and lead actress, and I've been ruminating on the name since.

Doesn't compute. Wanda is an odd name to me. I can't really place what vibe it gives, but it definitely doesn't fall into the older names that now seem cute on a little kid category.
