Delilah is o-u-t. Don't mind the name, don't mind the biblical temptress in the least, but the idea of having that Tom Jones song echoing throughout one's entire life - and it would! - is entirely off-putting.

I have really good connotations with the name. The writer, an awesome nun I knew, the saint. I'd use it in heartbeat.

I love Colette. Delilah is rather cool, but too much of a "bad girl" name to me.

I quite like Delilah and I think Lilah is really cute. Colette is not my favourite - it reminds me of cauliflower and also seems quite dated.

I like Delilah much more, but I don't think it's really usable. So if someone held a gun to my head and said I had to name my daughter one or the other, I'd choose Colette.

I think I dislike Delilah least. Delilah sounds grown-up. It's just nms.
Colette just sounds so utterly trivial, like it could be a word for a plastic poker chip.
