Re: Gwenllian and Glendora

Love, love Gwenllian. I feel a little guilty not using the Welsh pronunciation. But my linguistic abilities aren't that acrobatic. So I'm using what I assume is the English pronunciation (please let me know if even this is incorrect): ("GWEN-lee-un")
Gwenllian Sophie
Gwenllian Iris
Gwenllian April
Gwenllian Meadow
Gwenllian Ursa
Gwenllian Sibyl
Gwenllian Frances
Gwenllian Ivy
Gwenllian Christabel
Gwenllian Mavis
Gwenllian Freya
Gwenllian Tess
Gwenllian Bryony
Gwenllian Carys
Gwenllian Oona / Oonagh / Una
Gwenllian Ishbel
Gwenllian Carina
Gwenllian Echo
Gwenllian Hester
Gwenllian Pearl
Gwenllian Alix
I could go on and on. Gwenllian is surprisingly versatile. As for Glendora, it's reminding me of the mother on "Bewitched," Endora. I'm more inclined towards Glencora, from "The Pallisers." :0)
