My grandmother's name was Glendoris Rae and she went by the nickname Doe. So when I see Glendora it makes me smile. :)I'm not sure about Gwenllian.

I've never seen Gwenllian used outside of Wales. I like it a lot, but it's definitely one of those names that works better on its native soil. I'd use it with Mair, which is a family name (pronounced like Myer).
eta: link to a short video about the original Gwenllian so you can hear the pronunciation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLpgDZk00zgGlendora has a very old-fashioned feel to it, but it is pretty. Something short would perhaps be good with it - Maeve, maybe.

I know a little Welsh girl named Eleri Gwenllian - I think it's absolutely beautiful.
Glendora is a little too witch-like for me, albeit in a good witch way!

I met someone named Glendora. She worked in a nursing home my aunt stayed at for a couple of years. Never heard of Gwenllian before.

Love, love Gwenllian. I feel a little guilty not using the Welsh pronunciation. But my linguistic abilities aren't that acrobatic. So I'm using what I assume is the English pronunciation (please let me know if even this is incorrect): ("GWEN-lee-un")Gwenllian Sophie
Gwenllian Iris
Gwenllian April
Gwenllian Meadow
Gwenllian Ursa
Gwenllian Sibyl
Gwenllian Frances
Gwenllian Ivy
Gwenllian Christabel
Gwenllian Mavis
Gwenllian Freya
Gwenllian Tess
Gwenllian Bryony
Gwenllian Carys
Gwenllian Oona / Oonagh / Una
Gwenllian Ishbel
Gwenllian Carina
Gwenllian Echo
Gwenllian Hester
Gwenllian Pearl
Gwenllian AlixI could go on and on. Gwenllian is surprisingly versatile. As for Glendora, it's reminding me of the mother on "Bewitched," Endora. I'm more inclined towards Glencora, from "The Pallisers." :0)
