I vote for the classic Emily all the way! Though currently much too popular for my tastes, it remains one of those rare, stripped-down three-syllable gems with unassailable substance, partially due to the literary Dickinson and Bronte associations.

In my mind, neither Lily or Emmaline approach the loveliness of Emily. Nor do they age so well.
