There's Dorothea, but that might be too close to Dorothy for you. Also Theodora and any other "Dora" name.
How did they get Dottie from Juliette? Sounds more like a middle name or personality-quirk in that case.

Yeah I also can't see how Juliette came to be Dottie. Also Theodora works nicely :)
