Virginia's okay, though awfully old-ladyish and heavy. But I sure wouldn't want to be called Virgie. It sounds so Dust Bowl, like she ought to have sisters named Eula Mae and Minnie, and brothers named Omer and Ellwood. There's so many nicer nns for Virginia: Ginny, Jenny, Gina, even Gigi and Ginger if you're the right type.
