Warren
Does Warren sound too "old manish" for our baby boy? We were thinking maybe Warren Michael

No! I love Warren! Besides, a lot of "old people" names are getting much more common, so I don't think it would be out of place with his peers at all.

No, that's my son's name. I think it sounds warm and sweet. No one has mistaken him for an old man yet ;)

Warren does seem old manish to me, and I dislike it, but I dislike it because I have negative associations with it, not because it seems old.

No, I don't think so. I like it. It would be....yes, refreshing...to meet a little Warren.

Not at all! I love Warren, although I wouldn't use it on a child I often turn to this for a novel!

I quite like it. Although the first time I heard it was on a teenager, so I definitely don't think it's old manish, and if it is so what? It's a great name, and will have to be able to work on an old man at some point.

Nah, it's not too old-mannish IMO. I think it seems a little serious and severe compared to most -en names that are popular (probably because I associate the sound with the sound of warring and warn), but it's definitely usable. Please stop changing your username. Just pick one name and stick with it. The board rules request that you do this http://www.behindthename.com/bb/baby/help#rules. Thanks.

I think it's kind of weird as a name, since a warren is what rabbits live in.
