It used to be one of my favorite names, but it fits in a little too well with the "two syllable, ends-in-n" trend for boys. Even the Qu- blends seemlessly with all the Ks and hard Cs. As a teacher, I'm burnt out on these trends, and they make Quentin a lot less distinctive than it should be. It's still a nice name, but it's dropped from my top 3 to somewhere outside my top 10.---
