Don't like it. Makes me think of granola bars.

Where I live, it's a brand of salad dressing, sort of fake mayonnaise. So, no.

Dislike it, doesn't sound nice

It's sweet and pretty and sort of subdued. I use to really like it, but now I can't shake the immediate New Orleans association. It's not a bad association per say, it just doesn't seen namey enough. It would work better as a nickname I think.

Years ago there was a character named Nola on a soap opera that I watched and she was a conniving, manipulative, untruthful schemer. I always think of the character when I hear the name. So I didn't like it much.

It's ok but weird

Dislike it. Same with Nova (Nola & Nova I don't like) I much prefer Nora & Norah

For me, it lacks substance.

I used to really love it. I still have a fondness for it. It's sophisticated but still simple, and I like the colors in it. I prefer it as a nickname to on its own, though.

What full name/s would you use Nola for?

To me it just means New Orleans, Louisiana and not a name.
