No, I wouldn't - Richard is just too predominate for me. It sounds like little Richardine's parents wanted to name her after her father (or someone) so badly that it didn't matter how it sounded, as long as Richard was in there. It's not awful though. (Sidenote: it sure beats Donaldina.)
