I like Abigail the best of the names you have listed, Maggie is nice as a nickname but too cutesy for a full name.
Abigail Antonia is nice.
Are you looking for names that are related to James or just sound similar? The closest related name is Jamesina, but that's kind of hideous. Jacoba or Jacqueline are nicer, but non-name nerds are unlikely to name see the connection.
Jane and Jamila both sound rather similar.

Bailey and Maggie remind me of dogs. I have known a lot of dogs named Bailey and Maggie (also Tess). Between the three I prefer Abigail. I don't love it but it's alright, and I do like Abby as a nickname.
As for feminine versions of James: Jamesetta, and Jamisa maybe at a stretch. I do know a Jamesetta; prior to meeting her the name had sounded clunky and forced to me, but once I got used to it in real life it was just another name. I knew a Jamisa and a Jamiesa, and while I don't know if they were named with James in mind, it's a similar sound.
ETA: I'm surprised, I thought Jamesetta was in the database. I would rather that over Jamesina, if I had to chose.

Maggie Antonia.
If I wanted to name a daughter after a James, I'd just use James as the MN. The female forms are awful unless you turn to feminizations of Jacob and Jacques. Jemma could be viewed as the feminine form of Jem, I suppose, but the J just looks so wrong to me.

Jemma looks like an unsuccessful attempt to feminise James. Anyway, Antonia has the proper spelling and looks and sounds beautiful.
Maggie is great as a nn for Margaret; the nice thing about Margaret is that if Maggie ever becomes over-used or unusable (a serial killer called Maggie Yoursurname who lives round the corner), there are plenty more nn options and the very acceptable full name itself to choose from.
Bailey sounds like an unfinished bay leaf and means a bailiff, so no. And Abigail has been megapopular for too long. The world doesn't need extra Abigails - it's got plenty.
So, my advice would be Margaret Antonia. Beautiful, familiar without being trendy, full of good nn possibilities.
As for James, it originated from the Latin form of Jacob, so Jacqueline is a fem form of James! As is Jacoba, for those who like it.

Abigail, probably with Antonia even though I'm not a huge fan on alliteration. Bailey Antonia sounds nice, too, I'm just not crazy about Bailey.
Names like Shaina and Shawna could be feminine versions of James (eg Seamus and "Shamus" are Gaelic versions of James). Actually, might be feminine Johns, now that I think about it. Also Giachetta, Jemma, Jem, and Jacqueline.

Jacqueline is the feminine form of Jacques, the French version of James.
Bailey is very much a dog name to me. Maggie too, to a lesser extent, but it also sounds like a servant's name. I don't really like Abigail, but it's the best of the bunch.

Abigail, definitely.
I actually think Jemma could work for James. James --> Jem --> Jemma makes sense to me.
I like Maggie best of the names you have listed. It's sweet, but sturdy, and while it's a nickname it doesn't seem casual. Bailey is one I've always personally liked, but seems common for dogs and doesn't sound great with your mn options. Abigail is nice enough, but I don't super like it.
For combos I prefer
Maggie Antonia
Abigail Jemma
Bailey Jemma

Abigail Antonia makes a more intriguing combo than Abigail Jemma.
Jemma is spelled wrong IMO but I would use Gemma as a middle, too
Jamesina
Jayma
Making some up -
Jamesine (jaym-ZEEN)
Jamesin (JAYM-zin or JAYM-uh-sin, like Thomas / Thomasin?)
Jamis (like Francis / Frances?)
I think would give a girl the middle name James itself if I needed to honor a James.
