I love Petunia, but that may be because it's my favorite flower. I'm not that into flower names but I would use this one.
I don't care for nicknames but I Penny's ok.

Reminds me of the cartoon Petunia Pig. Too ridiculous. Maybe save it for a pet, just not a pet pig lol.

Yes, too ridiculous and too ugly. Penny is mildly cute, but Tuney is awful. Tuney fish.

For me this is very much linked to Harry Potter and the horrible Aunt Petunia..

I definitely don't think it's ugly, but it's sugary-sweet and sappy. Too sweet for me to like it much, but it's sweetness is kind of endearing. It use to seem really prissy to me, but not so much now.

I'm not a a fan of Penny, simply because I've known too many dogs with that name (dumb reason). I love Tuney! I think Pet would be a cute nn also.
