I love both names and they have a similar vibe. I find it difficult to fit a middle name with Eloise but here are a few suggestions.

NMS, but they don't offend my delicate naming sensibilities or anything. I've only met one Eloise in real life, and she happened to be Welsh, in her early 30s, and reasonably pleasant. As for combos...it's already been suggested, but I can't think of anything I like more than Eloise Francesca.

Love it - my youngest daughter is Eloise Violet. I think it goes nicely with Annabelle, too.

Eloise is nice and vastly preferable to Annabelle.

I am actually very fond of Eloise. I love how it just goes on its merry way, the name is like a happy little bubbling brook. Eloise matches Annabelle in cadence beautifully. Annabelle's middle name is Rose, right?
