I like Angelique and love the unlisted -ique Veronique.
I don't especially love Monique but I generally think it's fine. I have know at times three woman my age (around 30) named Monique, which by the third time just sounded like a regular old name to me.
They all used to strike me as kind of cheesy and as if one was desperately trying to sound French and sophisticated, but my opinion has mellowed considerably.
