I think I'd spell it Ziya... It looks more masculine to me? Not sure why.
Ziya Edward Silver has significantly better flow in my opinion. Ziya to Harold has a pretty chopped transition when I say it, so I prefer Edward. If honoring isn't a prerogative for you then that doesn't make a difference so much imo.
I do like Harold better than Edward though overall. I like the idea of Harold Ziya Silver quite a lot for combos using the names from this post, but Harold is obviously not a first name front runner.
