Names that mean bunny or rabbit?
There really doesn't seem to be many of them. Coinín, Which is literally the Irish word for rabbit is a GP.

Usagi is the only one I can think of, but it's not actually used as a name in Japan.
In case you're wondering, the Portuguese word for rabbit is coelho (or coelha for a female rabbit). Coelho isn't used as a name, but it's a somewhat common surname.

The only one I can think of is Lulu, which means rabbit in Native American apparently.
Not strictly what you're after but all I can think of:
Buck
Connie (for coney)
Cottontail
Jessica? lol
maybe one of the Watership Down rabbit-names, like Hyzenthlay or Vilthuril?

Well, there's always just straight Bunny / Bunnie, but that definitely seems more nickname-y.
Usagi
Jack (as in Jackrabbit?)
Molada, the Kannada word for rabbit, could possibly make a nice name.
...Hm. That's all I got. ^^; There really aren't many names meaning rabbit, are there? Maybe Sylvia after the genus Sylvilagus? Or Sylvila, I suppose.
