Speaking as a Jewish person:
I've known several Jewish people named Natalie. My (fairly religious) grandma was meant to be named Natalie, but it ended up as her middle name.
To be honest, I never realized that Natalie had a christian meaning.
It is significantly easier for me to imagine a Jewish Natalie than a, idk, Jewish Christopher or a Jewish Paul.

My dad is Jewish (albeit non-practising, but raised in the faith) and he's called Paul, although you wouldn't realise that he or his parents/siblings were Jewish based on their full names alone.
