Definitely not Roan with one syllable. OTOH, I do like the other two and am leaning more towards Ronan. I like the way it looks, sounds and the meaning is more appealing to me than Rowan.

I agree. I like the meaning of Ronan just a bit more than the meaning of Rowan.
