Depends on where you're from and what version of English you're used to. I instinctively expect it to be HELena; If I'm speaking my second language, then it's heLEEana. Then there's heLAYna and heLEEna and no doubt plenty more. Not a big deal.
I used to really hate the "HEL-en-uh" pronunciation, but I've warmed to it recently. I still much prefer heh-LAY-nuh and huh-LEE-nah pronunciations, though (I'm so bad at writing my pronunciations, ha).
