Marcy, Bennett, and Addison
Replies
I love Marcy as a nickname for Marcella. It's just very nice and happy. I'd imagine she'd be a very creative and smiley person.
Bennett is not my favorite Ben name. It's lacking in substance IMO. Not awful, but not the best way to get to Ben. My personal favorite is Benedict nn Ben, but I understand that's too strong for some. Benaiah? Bernard? I know someone named Benoit (ben-WAH) but I think it's kind of ugly. Reuben might work, might be a stretch.
I don't really like Addison for either gender. The two D's make it kind of heavy in comparison to, say, Allison or Madison, which both look more balanced.

Benedict! haha no, I'm kidding. I usually associate that name with the traitor.
Marcy - feels like it should be a nn. BtN lists it as a diminutive of Marcia, but I'd go for Marcella myself.
Bennett - cute but also manly. Kind of an "upper crust"/cultured feel without being pretentious.
Addison - I much prefer this as a masculine name, though it's almost exclusively used as a girl's name where I am. :/
"creative" suggestions for how to get the NN Ben:
Benedick
Benedict
Benedictus
Benson
Benaiah
Bentley
Benton
Tobin? (it's a stretch; I know)
Reuben / Ruben / Rouben / Rubens
Ebenezer
Tarben
Torben
Thorben
Abner (also a stretch)

Brendan, Brennan, Bevan, Bernhard, Bonaventure, Bedivere?
Eben, Esben, Reuben, Torben?
Marcy is nice. It's so wholesome sounding and smart. I like it as a nick for Marcella or Marcia though, not so well on its own.
Addison (m) reminds me of Addison's Disease and "add a son" so, even for a boy I still don't think it's appealing - even if I ignore how close it sounds to Alison.
