I like Micah very much, though it does kind of feel trendy. There's a surge of cute biblical names like Micah, Jonah, Ezra, etc., but I'm into it.

I'll probably always prefer Michael, but at least with Micah he won't inevitably be Mike. I think Micaiah nn Micah would be unnecessary, just do one or the other.

It's kind of a choppy name so middle names are surprisingly difficult.
