Isobel is my favourite spelling of this name. I like it much better than Isabelle which just looks overly frilly.
Isobel Mabel doesn't work for me - they both end in -el and so it sounds a bit too matchy. Isobel Lucy also doesn't sound quite right to me as the Ls in the middle run together.
My favourite combo is Isobel Diana
