I like it, although it's quite pompous ("Adel" means "nobility" in German). Therefore I prefer Adeline (pronounced a-de-LEEN). Adelina I would prefer to be pronounced a-de-LEE-ne/a. The ah-sound in the beginning would make it sound stiff and stuck-up.

My favorite middle names are Fern, Lark and Wren. In this case I think Adeline Lark sounds best, with Fern and Wren the N's kind of "clash".

Very pretty. Re: combos, my first thought was Adeline Sophie and Adelina Sophia / Sofia.

I don't mind either name, but probably prefer Adeline just that little bit more than Adelina. I wouldn't use either name personally, but would be happy to meet a little girl with either of these names.

One of my favourites, and has been for a long time. I can never quite decide which I prefer. I don't usually like nicknames, I don't really know why. My current favourite combo is Adelina Joelle. Here are some other nice ones
