Kay
Two questions:
1. What full name would Kay make a good nickname for?
2. What middle name would you pair it with?
Willoughby wolloughby willina, an elephant sat on Billina.
Willoughby wolloughby wirfak, an elephant sat on Mirfak.

1. Well, my first thought with sound was that Cadence would make a great full name, but the K spelling of Kadence does bother me quite a bit. I personally like Kay as a full name, but I could get on board with Kaede or for a boy or a girl or maybe Katie, Kaisa or maybe even Michaela on a girl.
2. Kay Amelia, Kay Linette, Kay Evangeline
Cadence Wren, Cadence Gale, Cadence Pauline
Kaede Matthew, Kaede Isaac, Kaede Laurence
Kaede Marie, Kaede Danielle, Kaede Helene
Katie Josette, Katie Viola, Katie Rochelle
Kaisa Dawn, Kaisa Felice, Kaisa Evelyn
Michaela Irene, Michaela Lace, Michaela Pearl

I think Kay could be a nickname for any name beginning with K, really. My favorites would be Karla, Kalina, and Kazimiera. I also play with Kotone and Kinneret from time to time.
Karla Annegret
Karla Henriette
Karla Rosenda
Kalina Ophelie
Kalina Birgitte
Kalina Florence
Kazimiera Simone
Kazimiera Estelle
Kazimiera Fantine
Kotone Maria
Kotone Leah
Kotone Aniela / Angela
Kinneret Rebekah
Kinneret Joanna
Kinneret Tabitha

Kalina Ophelie

Kotone Maria

Kinneret Rebekah
Kinneret Joanna
Kinneret Tabitha
Depends on if you want it for a boy or a girl.
Though I suppose it could be short for a unisex name:
Kayden
Kasey / Casey
Mckay
Other possibilities:
Katherine
Kate / Katie
Kaycee / Kacey / Kacie
Michaela / Mckayla / Makayla
Kayla
Kaylee / Kayley
Kaylyn / Kaelyn
Kaden / Caden / Kaiden
Kade / Cade
Mikhail
Personally, for a girl I'd choose Michaela:
Michaela Claire
Michaela Heather
Michaela Hope
Michaela Josephine
Michaela Rue
Michaela Jane
Michaela Branwen
Michaela Rosamund
And for a boy, I'd go with Kaden:
Kaden Douglas
Kaden Elijah
Kaden Glen
Kaden Grant
Kaden Isaiah
Kaden Joel
Kaden Zachariah
Kaden Nathaniel
