Re: Middle names for Anders
in reply to a message by Jacqui
Since Anders is a truly Scandinavian name, it doesn't need too much of an exotic middle name. That would just look weird in my opinion.
Leonardo and Orlando sound very Italian. Orlando also sounds too "fashionable" next to the classy Anders. So do Ryan, Emmett, Mitchell, Dominic and Xavier. The latter is too Spanish/French. Dominic could possibly work out, but not a perfect choice. Ryan, Emmett, Matthew, Henry are all very English, therefore not the best choice for Anders. Henry would maybe work out, but what about
Anders Hendrik John?
Leaves us with
Anders William John
Anders Nicholas John
Anders Benedict John
Anders Sebastian John
Anders Samuel John
I'm okay with all of them, but I would suggest the following, more Scandinavian-sounding/looking alterations:
Anders Willem John
Anders Niklas John
Anders Benedikt John
Anders Bastian John

Thank you. You've feedback is very helpful, however the more 'exotic' spellings feel misspelled to me. They also wouldn't go well with our other middle names Jacqueline, Elizabeth and Evangeline.
Seriously reconcereding William as not sure if Anders William John Wilkinson is too much. Henry and Samuel seen to be the preferred names, although for some reason Sebastian stands out the most to me (in a good way).
