I live in the USA and I do not feel like Katrina is unusable due to the catastrophic hurricane. I'm sure if you talk to people who live in New Orleans they would probably disagree. People still like the name Hugo and it practically wiped Charleston, SC off the map so I don't see the difference. At least Katrina is a pretty name.
