Re: Athena

My friend's mum has a 9-month-old baby named Athena. She thought that it's a name associated with a Roman goddess and she was looking for Roman names that could fit her but by the time she realised that it's actually a Greek name, she was already born so she ended up giving that name to her anyway. I haven't got the chance to meet her yet but I would imagine she is fun and easy to get along with.
Personally, I think it's usable for a girl in this day and age and I don't think the goddess image would hurt the name much.
