Objectively, I think Brittany on a boy could be darling. Realistically, it wouldn't work.
I never fail to silence a room when I mention my name, so having a name so commonly attributed to females will always be a blessing; and only occasionally a cross to bear--and only a minor one at that, still it is a distinguishable & special attribute. If the name is special to you, I hope you share the endearments with him.
