1. I'm not that keen on matchy twin names, especially names that are just variations on the same name. But Tomas (sorry about the lack of accent, I'm lazy) and Tamsin do sound good together... so I'm torn. They sound good, by my brain says "they're the same name, you can't do that!"
Tamsin Corinne Ophélie - I think Tamsin Corinne is too close to rhyming. Maybe Tamsin Cori, if you didn't mind the matching endings with Ophélie, or Tamsin Cora? Not sure that Cora would really honour Corin though.
Tomás Corentin Kai - love it. I wouldn't change anything (:

3. No, actually, not in their sounds. Tomas probably would become Tom by default, but I wouldn't use Zina for Tamsin. I don't like that at all. Our Tamsin gets called Tamzi, if that helps.
