I prefer the spelling Kaitlyn, in my opinion it looks nicer.

Overall, I prefer a mulitple syllable name to go with 'Kaitlyn Alexandra' so the name flows better as a whole but if you were going for a one syllable name 'Kaitlyn Alexandra Leigh' or 'Kaitlyn Alexandra Paige' works well.
