I like Caitlyn better than Kaitlyn, but you are right that Caitlyn is too close to Cailin.
I like Kaitlyn Alexandra Paige and Kaitlyn Alexandra Leigh flow the best of all the options. I also don't mind Kaitlyn Alexandra Elaine.
