I like it alright. I still prefer Alyssa, but the yoo sound isn't unappealing. Twice I've heard a stranger call a daughter Eudora (it might have been the same people) and I think it is distinctive and not clunky. So Ulyssa could work. I guess I would worry more about it starting to come out "Yalyssa" instead of "Yulyssa" in my accent. But I would not worry a lot about confusion with Alyssa. It'd happen at first introduction now and then, but people would learn quickly. Every name gets mistaken.Ulyssa Jasmine
