I named my daughter this a few months ago.. Ppl pronounce it however they want we used the H because we wanted it to be the flower name not the Hebrew version and we though the h promoted the ah sound but some ppl even say dal ya like rhyme with pal sound. I've never gotten day lee ah however I will say I think it's interesting that even when I introduce her and say it my way they will repeat a whole different sounding name at times. Thankfully I don't hate dal ya either or I'd regret my name choice. So if I were you I'd be ok with either pronunciation (I do get dolly-a a lot) or choose a more cut & dry name.
