Dorothy and Theodore - that's good, and a really nice pairing. Most people wouldn't ever know they were kind of the same name!
These are my twin twofers:
Natasha and Levi (because Natasha is "ah, satan" backwards, and Levi rearranged is "evil")
Olive and Orrin (Olive is a shade of green, and Orrin means "little green one")
Philomena and Ferdinand (family names)
Evelyn and Isaac (somehow these two names have become linked in my mind, and make me think of vampires. It's weird but enjoyable)
