Definitely Vivienne, it's more feminine :)
Vivien is my favorite, like Vivien Leigh. She was born Vivian, but changed it to Vivien when she went on the stage because it was more feminine. Imagine! Traditionally, Vivian was the male form. But yeah. I know that boat has left the dock.
Still, I love Vivien the most, followed by Vivienne, with Vivian my last choice. All are great.

I prefer Vivienne. It just looks more feminine and finished to me.
I used to be the biggest Vivienne fan, with that spelling too.
The name itself is gorgeous in my opinion. It's meaning of "life/alive" is so uplifting and appropriate on a baby or person in general. The sound of the name is both spunky because of the trendy "v", but also smooth in the ending. It rings classy to me too. So, obviously I love the name.
However, I have switched my preferences from Vivienne to Vivian. Possibly influenced by Vivian Vance, but more likely because Vivian is a little more sexy and short. It gives it a bouncier appearance, and take some of the overt sophistication of Vivienne and makes it pert and trendy.
I do also like Vivien a lot, though I know plenty considered that solely masculine. I would be likely to use the Vivien spelling over the others though, simply based on popularity trends right now. Vivian is incredibly popular in the States (sad face) and Vivienne is rising right behind. Vivien though, that seems to be forgotten ;).

Vivien.
If I have to choose between Vivian and Vivienne, then Vivian. Vivienne seems to have extra letters. It looks like it's vivi-EN, and feels almost like a different name. I feel that way about Adrienne too (although I prefer Adrienne for girls, not Adrien or Adrian because those seem masculine to me).
I think Vivian is unisex. It's neither feminine nor masculine to me, or it's both. The e in Vivien seems to be telling me that it's a feminine name, like Vivienne, only it's not so elaborated.

I guess I prefer Vivian, it sounds and looks like what it is and not like it's pretending to be something fancier. But I don't like either. The double v sound and the short i combine to make it seem slithery and slimy.
