Noam for a girl
I was thinking about this recently and thought that it's a good name to have for a baby. I also thought that it looks better for a girl than a boy.
I am curious as to what you think about Noam for a girl, which middle name suggestions I've made you like and what middle names would go well with Noam.
Mine are:
Noam Jane
Noam Ellen
Noam Raine
Noam Alena
Noam Christine
Noam Xaviera
Noam Ida
Noam Lovis
Noam Fenley
Noam Elnaz
Noam Martina
Noam Serendipity

I love Noam on a boy, but no way I'd use it for a girl. It's strictly male to me.
Even if I say it with two syllables, it reminds me acutely of the word "gnome." In combination it sounds a bit like "No, I'm [middle name]." So it just seems really foreign-languagey to me. I don't find it appealing, either. Names beginning with NOH- almost always disagree with me.
I wouldn't even notice if it were used on a girl instead of a boy. Whatever. It doesn't seem gendered to me.

I sure as hell wouldn't want to be named Noam, and I wouldn't want to name a girl Noam. I wouldn't want to name a boy it either. It sounds like the old southern "No'm" and "yes'm."
To me, Noam is so obscure, that I don't find it too strongly associated with either gender. So I think it could work on a girl.
Of your list I l don't mind:
Noam Alena
Noam Xaviera
Noam Ellen
Some other ideas:
Noam Alessandra (I think if I was a girl named Noam I would like a pretty decidedly feminine middle name)
Noam Amelia
Noam Elissa
Noam Eloise
Noam Christiane
Noam Juliet
Noam Vivian
Noam Aaliyah
