I know a family with a little girl named Charis. As far as I know, nobody has difficulty pronouncing her name. She is an adorable little girl and remarkably well behaved. I don't know her middle name, but something classical or Grecian might work well.

There is also a greek version, Karis. I know someone with that spelling.
I think a lot of people will not say it correctly - most likely chair - is. The name is quite pretty but I don't think it is practical in the real world.
