Some really unusual Danish names I've come across:
Thøger (m?)
Tue (m)
In the region where I live, which is not too far from Denmark, Lykke and Lärke / Lærke is becoming more and more popular for girls. I'm not a fan of either.
Oh, and I used to work with a woman who was half-Danish and her name was Vibeke.
My favorite Danish name is without a doubt Jens.

but she wants to be sure 'cause you know sometimes words have two meanings
