Sylvia. I think it's a gorgeous, classy name full of spunk and life. I never "got" the appeal of Delaney, personally; I don't think it's a bad name, really, just kind of...underwhelming and lackluster. Sort of dreary, actually. I don't think it can hold a candle to Sylvia.
