Here in Delaware, Christiana is a place name, after Sweden's Queen Christina. There's a Christiana Mall upstate as well as a Christiana Hospital, among other places. That's probably why it has never seen much use here.
I much prefer Christina, it's much less fluffy and seems more down-to-earth. Don't like Cissy or Kissy at all.
