I don't see why it wouldn't be usable; it's in the top 500 and rising (I'd actually be more concerned with potential popularity). I've personally always loved Solomon, and I think it strikes a perfect balance of youthfulness and maturity. I love Solly for a little fellow, and just Sol for when he gets older.
