I bet little Ignatius is going to be Iggy.
As in most other Catholic countries all forms of John are very common here, just the fashion changes (Ivan was always the most popular, Ivano is a recent favorite, before that we had Ivica, before that Ivo, Ivek, etc.). And the female forms follow – Ivana, Iva, Ivančica, Ivka, Ivanka…
