I don't like it, but I do know one. However she spells it Saian pronounced Sie-An. She is 13.

Eh, sorry... not really a fan. I love Anne... and I like Sean... and this somehow seems like a mash-up of the two. Still, Sianne doesn't really appeal to me in sound or spelling.

Why not Cyan?

Good catch. I prefer Cyan in this case.

Just what I thought. Cyan is fine, but Sianne?

Well, to be honest, Cyan (despite it being of Greek origin), for me, doesn't really have that kind of chic factor and most of the time, I hear Cyan used on characters in cartoons, comics, you name it.
Sianne, on the other hand, removes this association (obviously), but also has the appeal, at least to my eyes, to be used as an alternative to Simone (since the Si in Sianne, when pronounced sie-AN, is taken out from Simon and Sianne as a whole is similar to Dianne, but with a different initial)....yeah, I did say I have no reason why earlier. Now I may know why I liked Sianne in the first place.

Oh but, you don't need an alternative to Simone! Simone is fantabulous just the way it is! :)

Well, there are people who don't like to use Simone (which I like BTW) in any way. Then again, there are alternatives besides Sianne that could work.Maybe, Ida would be a "good" middle name for Sianne (if you get the gist on what I'm saying here).
