I like it. Solomon Grey always comes to my mind for a combo. I think it can work well as either a first or middle name. :)

It remind me of salmon and I think of the taste of salmon.

I think Solomon is a great name and the meaning is nice. It could work nicely as a fn or a mn imo, just depends what you want to mix it with. I like Solomon Rhys, Solomon Oscar, Solomon Felix, Solomon Darcy, Asher Solomon, Jed Solomon, Henry Solomon, Eli Solomon and many more.

I really like Solomon, it's such a nice name. I'd use it as a first name, it deserves more than a middle name spot.
