Elva and Lyra are stellar... I think they would make a great sibset too.
Briseis is one of those names that I always forget, but love when I see it, and Fiera just has so much personality that I hope to hear someone actually used it one day.
It seems that Jasper and Ezra have made it onto a few lists this month. But, they are really image evoking names, and I think they are nice choices.
Of your list though - I think that I like I like Arthur, Percy and Scarlett the best today.
