I really like Lucia especially pronounced Loo-SEE-uh, though I'm warming to Loo-CHEE-uh too (I think it would sound way better in an actual Italian accent). I love the meaning too, and the fact it's more unusual than the popular Lucy. As for sibling names I quite like:
